1 Room Available In Crown Heights !
Hello! My roommates and I are looking for a new person to join our household starting February 1st in Crown Heights.
One spacious room available in a 4BR, 2BA Apartment. The apartment gets ton of natural light throughout the day! The unit has a full kitchen with a very large shared space. There is coin laundry in the basement and rooftop access!
The building is about a 5 minute walk from the Nostrand Avenue A, C, E which makes getting into Downtown Brooklyn and lower Manhattan a breeze, super quick. And also right outside the front door is the LIRR. You are in walking distance to a large grocery store, other delis, restaurants and plenty nightlife if we ever get back to normal life!
Myself and my two other roommates are all young professionals currently working remotely from home during this quarantine. We are respectful, friendly, and considerate and would love our roommate to be the same. In regards to Covid, we definitely take precautions, but we do allow guests as we trust each other to make smart decisions that significantly reduces the risk of infecting one another.
