Hello - I am looking for a roommate to renew my lease with in Norwood, MA. I like to go on walks/hikes, listen to audiobooks, watch shows like Bob's Burgers, Evil, Yellowjackets, Outer Range, and movies of almost any genre. I don't cook very often, but try to at least a few times a week, depending on my mood. I identify as neurodivergent and would really like to find a roommate that values objective, clear, nonjudgemental communication in cohabiting.
Note: Wasn't sure what to put for how often I have guests over. I might have a friend or two over, but that's pretty rare. I'm okay with you having guests over as long as you tell me in advance.

Hello, I am seeking a roommate to sign a 1yr lease with me in this apartment in Norwood. It is on the second floor in a three story building, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and a lot of common room space. The bigger room is $1300, and the smaller room is $1200, before utilities. The apartment comes with a dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, central air conditioning and heating, and TWO decks! It’s about 30-40 minutes south of Boston, and under a 20 minute walk from the commuter rail. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet and next to a few small parks and the Morrill Memorial Library (under the Minuteman library network)!
