Hello, I am looking to add another person on my lease starting late April 2026. Preferably male ages 22-32, I am 27 years old. Rent is $1,145 each. Water/Sewage/Gas is included, we pay for electricity and Wifi, which is about $120 total each month (60 each). Income needs to be at least double the the rent. Application and screening is mandatory. . Working on getting more furniture for shared spaces. The landlord bought us a box of chocolates for Christmas and is really good about repairs.
