Available Room for Rent

Looking for $1200 for 1, or $800 each for 2 sharing in Lynnwood for one bed+bath, may 2026

Hello all! Me and my roommate live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath 2nd floor apartment and are looking to fill the primary suite, which includes a private bathroom and 2 private closets. Rent+Bills would be $800 a month EACH for two people, or $1200 a month for one person. Unit amenities include a parking space right in front of our building, in-unit laundry machines, dishwasher, a balcony, fireplace, vaulted ceiling and individually controlled room-to-room heating. Apartment amenities include an Amazon locker, rec room, pool, and gym.

We require that any and all roommates pay rent on time and in full every month, respect the common areas and clean up after yourself, and be kind/communicate issues so that we may all live peacefully. each of us are LGBT+ and are fervently anti-ICE and anti-Trump. No pets or illegals drugs. While marijuana is legal, and we do not at all mind high roomies, all smoking MUST be taken off property as the management here is STRICT with the non-smoking policy and has threatened other tenants with eviction in the past. No smoking indoors or on the balcony, you will need to walk to the road. Apologies in advance.
