I'm looking for one roommate to sign a 1 year lease starting May 1. Unfortunately the management company doesn't allow short term sublets.

The room is $1000/mo, has a half closet, and is approx. 8'8" x 11'2". It can comfortably fit a queen bed, desk, and dresser. The living room is large and great for having a friend or two over. The apartment is about a 6 minute walk to the Halsey J and 10 minutes to the Halsey L. There are lots of great coffee shops and bars in walking distance.

For utilities, internet is $30/mo. and electricity is between $30-50 depending on the season. Gas is already included in rent.

I work nights at a bar, so I'm usually out of the apartment by the early afternoon. The other roommate is hybrid office/WFH, but is often traveling for work.

Deposit + first month ($2000 total) to move in. Management requires a 700+ credit score and 40x rent as income. Guarantors accepted.
