Looking for a place closer to the city than where i am at the moment (long island) for work/entertainment reasons. Budget set to $900, but can go up to around 1k if utilities included.
About myself in a nutshell: Friendly, chill, laid back guy, born and raised in Queens. Love music, gaming, anime, dogs (cats are fine too!), and having a good laugh. Frequenting the gym currently and love going to concerts. Occasionally strum a guitar for fun, but mindful of noise and the time of day. Pretty clean but not over the top. Currently working as an optical lab tech. Fully vaxxed, LGBTQIA+ ally!
Room Requirements: I just need space for a bed, desk, and a wardrobe/closet/just somewhere to store clothing. Would prefer furnished, but doesn’t have to be.
