Looking for a place closer to the city than where i am at the moment (long island) for work/entertainment reasons. Budget set to $900, but can go up to around 1k if utilities included.
About myself in a nutshell: Friendly, chill, laid back guy, born and raised in Queens. Love music, gaming, anime, dogs (cats are fine too!), and having a good laugh. Frequenting the gym currently and love going to concerts. Occasionally strum a guitar for fun, but mindful of noise and the time of day. Pretty clean but not over the top. Currently working as an optical lab tech. Fully vaxxed, LGBTQIA+ ally!
Room Requirements: I just need space for a bed, desk, and a wardrobe/closet/just somewhere to store clothing. Would prefer furnished, but doesn’t have to be. Also would prefer to meet roommates before agreeing to anything long term. Don’t have to be friends if you’d rather not, but still wanna know what i’m getting myself into as well.
