Hey there, I’m back in NY after being away during the pandemic and looking to live with one other. I consider myself a catch as a roommate. I am clean and tidy, and as a bonus I think I am enjoyable to have around. I do enjoy chatting and gossip, and hearing peoples opinions. I am thoughtful and sincere. I am employed by Columbia University and work in their environmental sustainability office. I work part time in the office/home. I grew up un Australia and have lived in the States for over 15 years now.

I’m looking for a roommate who enjoys being social, LGBT friendly, and is clean-ish. I do enjoy a clean bathroom. Im also interested in finding a place that's bright and without too much street noise. The place does not have to be large. In terms of a roommate, I don’t mind if we do social things together or not. I enjoy having people over and being social, although can’t say I have a lot of friends in NY. Anyway I’m excited for a change.
