Hi there,

My name is Ron Stanfield. I just moved back to nyc 2 months ago from SF. I have been in a Airbnb and am needing to find a permanent space. I have not had a roommate before so this would a first.

I am very clean, quiet, and keep to myself for the most part. I do have a dog. His name is Riley. He’s a 1 year old doodle. Of course you could meet him. He is the best dog. He would even be ok hanging in my space when I would be out. I work from home 3-4 days a week. And then when I’m in office he would be at day care. So at no point would I need you to walk, feed, or tend to him. I also keep him clean. He doesn’t smell. I vacuum everyday. (Although he doesn’t shed much since he’s shaved down).

More about me: I’m 37, male, gay. I’m not really interested in the sexuality of a roommate. But if that’s an issue for you, that’s ok too I reckon. Ha! I don’t do drugs. Nor have random people in my space.
