Hi! I am a 38 year old male working in marketing in midtown. I have an unfurnished room available in Astoria for another professional that is quiet and respects noise levels and sleeping hours. Our bedrooms are on opposite floors so sound doesn't travel much across the apartment. I'll be away 2-3 weekends each month to visit my parents in LI so you'll have the apartment to yourself during those times.

I am not a "partier," and I'd prefer that there be no guests or drugs in house share. Really, I look at the apartment as a place to eat and sleep when I am not working or in the city. I'm an avid athlete and played club basketball at university. Some other hobbies include biking, yoga, and seeing the latest blockbuster.
