We have rooftop access. It is huge with beautiful views of the city and has a large grill

The living room is furnished with plants, a great couch, coffee table and vinyl records on the wall and there are hardwood floors throughout the apartment
G train is a 10 min walk to Nassau and the L is a 15 minute walk to Graham ave
We are 2 blocks to McGorlick park with wonderful cafes and places to eat within walking distance
