I currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment in East Harlem and am looking for someone to rent my room beginning February 1st until June 30th (with an option to take over the lease at the end of the term).
The other roommate is a 27 year old girl who is a teacher and has a dog. The room is fully furnished (bed, dresser) and has an A/C unit. The building is located in East Harlem and is walking distance from the 116th and 125th train stations. The building has a doorman, elevator and laundry.
Rent is 1300 /mo which includes all utilities and wifi!
