I am a laid back (Keep Austin weird) happy go lucky 420 friendly business owner with my hubby of 5 years (our kids are pretty much grown but teens come by a few times a month for dinner) and have a Jackie-poo (small dog named Kodak . I also have 4 baby turtles with some fish in 55 gallon tank in living room (very clean not smelly). Kodak is friendly with other dogs (not sure about cats). We go to dog park in apartments daily and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the pond behind our apartment bldg. evenings (unless still working). Occasionally have some beers and BBQ at pool for fun or to runoff of Barton springs. We're on first floor and also have patio off living room where we have plants and keep moving pads, dolly's, etc. out there as well (for my moving company). It’s quite in this bldg. We do have beautiful pool and exceptional fitness center as well. Kodak is an ESA (Emotional support animal) he does alert me when someone at the door. I am in lease till January 2026 it can be month to month not super strict just ask you to clean up after yourself. Be respectful of us and neighbors. We have 2 bedroom 2 bathroom (laundry room in home) and trying to veer away from friends as roommates and try something new out!
