Currently, I share the space with a quiet and pleasant male educational professional. I am a friendly, clean, and quiet individual who values and respects others' time. The home is situated in a tranquil, well-maintained neighborhood with convenient access to Highway 35, in Jarrell, which is approximately 15 minutes from Georgetown. While Jarrell is not an available option on this platform, Georgetown is the closest town. The property includes a fenced yard with a wooden perimeter fence, garage, as well ,as, parking areas. I have two friendly and well-cared-for small dogs. As a morning person, I typically go to bed around 10:00 PM. I am easy to get along with, and the rent includes utilities. My current residing ,Educational Professional works full time. As my hours are flexible. It can be Morning and in the evening hours.
