I’m a single, working professional female. I travel a ton, and now my work lets me be remote 50% of the time so I’ll likely be traveling even more. So, if I’m hardly in nyc, I’d rather have a roommate situation so I’m not paying for a full apartment I don’t use. I’m super clean, quiet, and respectful of others space. I don’t throw parties where I live, but I don’t mind if others throw them.
