Big room with a lot of sunlight, unfurnished. Available in October (potential for early move-in). 5-10 mins walk from Grove st path station. $1500/m + deposit + utilities. Big kitchen, small bathroom, newly renovated (2 years ago), all new appliances. Quiet building, no more pets allowed. I have 2 cats. Must be respectful. Your room would be far from the other two.
Me and my roommate are open to befriend you, but also comfortable if you want to stay on "just respectful roommates" basis. Had both situations previously.
