Ben S - $1,400/month

I am a recent college graduate who will be relocating from California to NYC this July. I'm thinking about trying to live in Brooklyn, as I will be working in Manhattan. I'm very clean and organized, and I don't have pets. I drink & smoke weed occasionally but will be courteous about it. I will be working a 9-5 but would love to be friends with my roommate(s), as I will be very new to the area. I love music, being outdoors, and social events but would not have many people over at once. Sometimes I like to go out and have a good time on weekends.
