Mark V - $900/month

I am retired and have a fixed, stable income which should relieve any anxiety over being able to pay the rent. I am currently living in Anaheim and want to get closer to my kids and grandkids in Aliso Viejo. I am currently living with several roommates and am seeking something less chaotic. A single roomate is ideal. I'm a pretty mellow guy, easy to get along with, respectful and do not abide by drama.

Since I retired, I have returned to my creative side. I'm a musician, songwriter and writer and creativity is a big part of my life. I also have an engineering degree and do software and web site design on occasion... mostly for the creative enjoyment of it.

I will be looking for part-time work once I've relocated. Something enjoyable, working with and helping others. A job at Trader Joes would be ideal. Prior to retiring I had a lenghtly career as an engineer and high school teacher.

I love animals (don't currently have any), but I am very much open to a pet if the circumstance permits.

I love the outdoors. I take care of myself. I enjoy good company, captivating conversation and laughter. I enjoy cooking. I have my own spirtual practice and enjoy meditating to keep things on the level. I love good music. I hate TV and haven't owned one in years. There's more... we can go into that later.
