The room is medium sized, carpeted, and get’s good sun. Small closet, private stairwell.
The apartment is modern, get’s loads of sun, and everything was done brand new one year ago when we moved in so it’s quite nice. Laundry is on site and costs a couple bucks.
Faux hard wood floors, nice kitchen with granite counter tops & dishwasher, spacious living room, pretty views from the patio (when it’s not smoky from wildfires).
Cleanliness and drama free are big here.
