My name is Jessica, I am a 28 year old female looking for another roommate. Unfortunately, the roommate I have now has to move home to take care of her father who has cancer. I’m looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and trustworthy. WiFi, trash and electricity are not included. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath with 1 parking spot. There is street parking. Serious inquiries only. No pets. This room will be unfurnished. Security Deposit is $650 on top of first months rent. My hopes for a roommate are that we can get along, we are in a pandemic and will be around each other often, I want everyone to be comfortable.
