Looking for a roommate in prime SoHo! 10/1 Move-In / New 1 Year Lease

My current roommate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone (ideally female in late or mid 20s) to take over her room from October 1st for a new 1-year lease.

The apartment:
* Located in the heart of SoHo
* Your room: $2,250/month + utilities
* Top floor of elevator building
* Spacious private bedroom with a closet and very tall ceilings
* 1 bathroom (shared with me)
* No doorman, but we have an AMAZING super
* No dishwasher or laundry in the building, but there are multiple laundromats nearby (I use a pickup/drop-off wash & fold service that makes it super easy)
* Just a few blocks from Trader Joe’s, Target, and other grocery stores

This apartment is truly a unicorn in the area and I've lived here for 2 years now - it's the best!

About me:
I'm 28 and work in influencer marketing with a hybrid schedule. Outside of work, I'm equally happy grabbing dinner with friends or spending a quiet night at home. I value keeping shared spaces clean and am looking for a roommate who does the same.
