$500 room for rent! bridgeport

Rent is 1500 plus utilities which vary based on gas and air used month to month, I'm hoping to fill one room. The neighborhood has many restaurants nearby, a 15-minute walk to the grocery store, and a 7-minute drive from Chinatown. The apartment is very nice with a lot of natural lighting, a washing machine in-unit, and an amazing landlord. There are two spacious living rooms, a large kitchen, and one bathroom. There is a decent amount of storage room for this apartment as well. I'm a 23-year-old assistant manager and college student looking for a responsible individual 20-30 to sign onto a one-year lease. In addition, I have one cat.
