Hi! I’m Kat l'm currently helping my girlfriend who is a trans woman find a room to rent for up to 700 max utilities included. Her name is Alexis and she is very respectful and kind. She would like roommates who clean after themselves as she would do the same for herself.
Communication is something important to her because unfortunately she did not get that with her past disrespectful roommates. Preferably she would like to be in a Igbtq+ friendly home around the North Center, Avondale, Irving Park, Lincoln Square, Ravenswood, Lake View East, and Roscoe Village (she works around Roscoe Village so overall must be near there).
