Room for rent in stylish SW Austin Home (only one other roomate)

I own a great 3 Bedroom, 2 bath home, newly renovated and designed in SW Austin, about 3 minutes off Mopac. Neighborhood is very friendly and walkable with lots of trees, with easy access to violet crown trail. House has a big front and back yard, including an outdoor gas fire pit and large screened in porch. I only want one other roommate to keep things feeling like a home and not a group house. Roommate would have their own bathroom. House is fully furnished, but room can be furnished or unfurnished (some room in garage for storage). Roommate would have full access to shared living space and yard. Drive way and street parking. It does not give flexibility on lease type, but I am flexible on lease, open to starting with a short term lease and making it longer term if it works for both of us.

Roommate would have full use of shared living space, kitchen and yard. House has washer dryer and attached garage.

We will split bills (electric, gas, water/san, google fi) and a house cleaner every 2 weeks. Total is usually about $300+/- so about $150 each. Non smoker. No animals in house, open to some dogs, with deposit
