Natalie H - $1,100/month

Hi! My name's Natalie. I'm 24 and WFH most days. Living alone is just getting too damn expensive! I'm looking for a roommate to hopefully split a 2BD/2BA apartment with. Ideally I'm looking at North Central, but I'm open to anything within ~15 min from Downtown. My lease is up in April, so looking to move in April 2023.

Most of my friends are in relationships, so I am testing the waters with an internet-roommate lol

About me:

I moved to Georgetown about 2 years ago. Moved to NW Austin about 1 year ago. I don't like living so far away from everything, though, so I definitely want to relocate to a more central apartment.

I am a Paralegal! While my company has an office downtown, I tend to spend most days working from home. That's subject to change if my commute shortens significantly by moving closer to the city, however.

In my down time, I'm usually drawing. I love to read and watch TV. I'm pretty introverted, but I like going out too. It'd be cool to move to an area with a couple fun neighborhood bars!

I like working out, so it would be cool to find an apartment with a gym but not necessary.

I would definitely like to be friends with a roommate--We live together! I don't want to be strangers.

Some housekeeping stuff:

Move-in: April 2023.

Pets: I love dogs, but I am allergic. I've lived with dogs before and haven't had huge issues as long as the dog keeps out of my room. I am too allergic to cats to live with one, however.

Cleanliness: I like to keep things relatively clean. But I'm not like dragging my finger along surfaces to check residue lol. My biggest thing is doing dishes within 1-2 days. I've lived with people who have left dishes for over a week, and I'm really looking to avoid that.
