Huge shared patio! Modern, updated, stylish!
- 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom (double sinks with storage, large shower), upgraded three months ago (new paint, remodeled bathroom, etc.), common areas are furnished with mid-century modern furniture and decor, spare room is not furnished, kept clean and clutter-free. Cruelty-free home. No animal products.
- Large patio space that is furnished as well (total seating for 10, 6-seater patio table set, hammock swing, fire pit, lots of greenery and herbs, Edison lights, table top fire, etc.).
-High-speed internet, access to Netflix, Hulu, and Prime (large Smart TV access in living room). An additional television can be provided for your room, if needed.
-Laundry on-site.

The Room:
Large closet space, plenty of space for a queen bed, dresser, and nightstands. Housekeeping provided 2x/month for common areas. Extra $30/month if you'd like your room cleaned and sheets changed.
Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies including a Nespresso and a Blendtec.
The Neighborhood:
0.25 miles away from Rolling Hills Plaza in Torrance (lots of restaurants, Trader Joes, AMC, Whole Foods, Nike Outlet, bakeries, dance studio, coffee shops, etc.). Lots of restaurants and bars (including a brewery) within walking distance. Wells Fargo/Ace Hardware/CVS/Crossfit Provoke all within walking distance. Quiet. Safe. Great neighbors.
Looking for:
A quiet, clean person who loves dogs. I have one small terrier mix and one mini poodle. They are the sweetest and are well-trained. Id' like a person who wouldn't mind dog sitting (on nights when I won't be home and at a mutually agreed upon day/time) while you're planning on being in the home anyway. This is in exchange for utilities and would require you to care for the dogs, so they are not alone on nights when I'm gone. Details can be discussed and worked out during the tenant interview.
Leasing Terms:
No deposit. $350 non-refundable fee for realtor's background and credit check (as well as her time for the processing of this information, to be paid ONLY upon approval and when you've decided to move in). Lease terms are for 3 months. After three months, we will check in with one another to make sure things are going well and that we both would like to continue the arrangement. Available immediately. Would like to rent by Feb. 1st.
