I’m Michael 19 living in Dallas, Texas I fly out to LA about twice a month to build my brand and it would be more convenient for me to have my own place. I do smoke and drink and stay out late. I don’t need a babysitter I take care of myself. I won’t smoke inside if you don’t want me to I don’t care. If you are dirty I don’t want to live with you I’m clean. I don’t care if you have pets but I’m not picking up poop. I will feed it, walk it, show it off but will not once in a million years pick up dog poop. Great guy, clean, pays rent 👍🏼
