Hey everyone!

A laid back, silly outgoing 29yr old looking for a room ASAP. No kids, no pets. No cigarettes.

I will be coming to TN from Charlotte, NC to do reshoots for a movie 25-30th of THIS MONTH and was hoping to have a room secured by end of shooting as I've decided to relocate states entirely.

I'm looking for a room to rent for no more than $700 a month before utilities. Credit isn't great but my background check will come back clean. I already have some interviews lined up downtown. I'm a service industry worker (server) of 2 years who spent 9years in the pet care industry. So, I will LOVE your pets if you have them

I also travel for modeling and acting gigs often.

Week to week or month to month lease is most ideal.

I will have cash in-hand and will be ready to move sometime on the 30th! I don't really time to meet before then but can FaceTime or talk on the phone.

My car was totaled a few weeks ago, so I'm looking for something close enough to downtown/five points that I can Lyft, take public transport, bike or walk to work.
