Hello! I am 27, work in the music industry working a hybrid schedule so i work from home 2 days a week. I go to school full time studying music business, have a part time job, and travel a ton. I’m rarely home. When i am, I’m usually snuggled up on the couch watching a tv show or in bed asleep haha i travel around the holidays, love to go out but rarely have the energy, but definitely love to have girls around that i vibe with and can do all of the above with.

2 bedrooms unfurnished available with shared bathroom. Laundry, parking, AC, attic for storage, and entire living space/dining/kitchen is furnished. Utilities are about $70-$100 per month per person. No cable but do have WIFI. Don’t have cable because i pay for Hulu Live TV but open to getting cable if you prefer. The neighborhood is super safe, all ages with kids around, new townhome development and they’re still building new homes with dog park, etc. this is a developing area and the price is hard to beat in East Nashville
