I’m a working professional looking to rent a room while I save for my own place. I’m married, but currently separated and on good terms. I recently moved from California and have been in Arizona for about a year.

I work remotely for a handyman company (9–5) and also run a recording studio business/music projects, so my schedule is generally consistent, with occasional travel. I also go to the gym four days a week, so I typically wake up pretty early around 6am and wind down around 10:30pm. Day-to-day I’m quiet, respectful, and easy to live with. I keep shared spaces clean, I’m mindful of noise, and I value a calm home environment.

I’m comfortable with communal living as well. I’m one of six siblings, lived on campus throughout college, and after college lived in a house with several roommates. I also have experience managing shared-tenant properties, so I understand expectations around cleanliness, communication, and being considerate of others. In my free time I’m usually working on side projects, performing at music events, or catching a movie at the theater.
