I normally work out of the house all weekdays from around 8am to around 6pm, doing on-site real estate photography for homes coming onto the market; at night & on alternating weekends, I try to pick up restaurant/bar/event work - on the other weekends, I spend time with my two kids (11 & 7) doing activities around town & at home with them.

In my free time, I sort millions of individual LEGO parts in preparation for doing custom/bespoke builds, which I am working towards activating a personal studio for that work in the near future. I enjoy games (have my own PS5, primarily play PC games), movies/TV, and cooking. Generally though, I am simply editing recent photoshoots in my night hours & largely keep to myself, but I'm wholly able to be social and friendly around others. A home with an extra unutilized space is ideal for what I am looking for, in order to store & utilize my parts for builds; I can also make do with space in my bedroom, as long as it is a larger-sized room.

As politely as I can put it: I am not a great mesh with individuals who hold conservative beliefs; I do not have a registered political affiliation, but I can tell you with great certainty that what I hold for beliefs does not align with those views & ones akin.
