Mary A - $1,500/month

Hi, I’m Mary. I’m looking for a roommate to move in with after I find a 2 bedroom in Ridgewood, Bushwick, Queens, or anywhere that’s not too far from options for school. My budget is 3k, with each of us paying about $1500 or less and splitting utilities.

I will be going back to school in the spring as a full-time student. I like going on walks, movies, listening to music, going to shows, reading, writing, the outdoors, and taking photos. I would like to find someone with the same living style and decorating as me, which I would say is cozy and warm.

I’m a night owl, and I will usually sleep through the morning. I’m a little cluttered and unorganized, but I like to keep shared spaces and kitchen spaces clean and tidy. I do smoke (not cigarettes), but I would like to find a place somewhere I can smoke outside and inside occasionally. I also love cats, and I would like to eventually get one, so please be cat friendly :)

I'm looking for someone I can get along with, although I can be shy and keep to myself so we don't have to be best friends. No cigarette smoking inside, please don't have your own pets, and you are hopefully around my age with similar interests!
