New to Austin - just relocated for work in August. Looking to move between mid-September and early October.

Most of my belongings that I’m moving with are kitchen appliances and cookware, small furniture, and personal belongings. I’m looking for a modern 2-3 bedroom house, condo, or apartment.

I work 9-6 during the week and occasionally on weekends. My job is in Round Rock, so I’d like to stay in the North Austin area. I’m usually up pretty early and will likely cook dinner after work. I like to share, so I’ll probably cook for you too. I am open to being friends with my roommate, but also respect space and privacy.

Fully vaccinated, LGBTQ+ friendly, very clean, Roomba owner. Monthly budget for rent is $1,300 for myself. Willing to pay more for my half for the master bedroom.
