I have lived with roommates before (and happy to share some recommendations) and as a roommate I am very quiet, love my space and I am big on keeping a clean space and to ensure a clean and calm energy.

Ideally I would love to be friends with my roomies but I am also respectful of the fact that some people may only want to co-exist.
