I’m looking for one person to take over my lease at 5025 apartments asap. Move In Date would be 12/01/23 or 01/12/24 until 07/31/24, so great for international students looking for a room for their semester abroad. Rent is $795 monthly and includes the following:

Utilities fully covered by rent as well as amenities (pool, gym, study rooms, courtyard with grill station, wifi) and in unit washer/dryer. Appliances such as a stove, fridge, microwave, and TV. The complex also provides a shuttle bus to SDSU.

I'm looking for a male that will live with 5 other persons. You would share a semi-private room with one guy.

I added the link below to the apartment complex. The floor plan is 4BR/4BA – Semi Private – Elite (D) and you would get the D1 room. You can also see that there is a shared common area and patio.
