Hi, I'm Joanna. I'm looking for a new place in the city.

I work from home on some daysand go to work on others. My schedule is a bit wonky, but I try my best to be quiet when I get off work late.

I tend to keep to myself at first, but I'm sure we could be friends. I have trouble sleeping, but I won't be walking around all night. I'll mostly be in my room on my computer playing games or doodling. I'm not a fan of loud noise, from others or myself, so rest assured, my volume will rarely go above 30 during the day and 20 at night.

I'm not much of a cook, mostly basic dishes like pasta or rice with sides. My room won't be the tidiest but I make sure to clean up after myself in common areas.

A hard no to smoking in the apartment. Other things we can discuss.
