Hi! I'm Hedi, 25, a student currently studying in France, and I'll be at CSU San Marcos from early-to-mid January to August 31, 2027. I'm looking for a private room with my own bathroom and toilet, or a small studio/casita/ADU. Sharing the house with students or young people is totally fine.

I'm quiet, clean and respectful, and I'm looking for the same in a household. Ideally within a 20-minute walk of campus, or close to a Sprinter station.

My stay is fully funded. My uncle, a business owner in France whose company employs over 1,000 people, is my financial guarantor. My funds sit in a blocked account for the whole stay, and I can show official proof of funds at any time. I'm happy to do a video call before anything is decided.
