Looking for a third roommate in a newly built ADU in North Clairemont! The rent is $1100 a month.
The room has a walk in closet, and a door to the shared bathroom (shared with one person). The room has AC and utilities are paid for by the landlord. Also included in the house are a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher.
We also have a beautiful kitten named Percy! So I wouldn’t recommend this listing to anyone with allergies or who is thinking about bringing an animal with them. She is super sweet and cuddly, but there is a 1 cat limit.
The ideal roommate would be:
- FEMALE (this is a must)
- Preferably over 20, must be at least 18. Preferrably under 27.
- Responsible, clean, and friendly
- Looking to move in within the next 2 months
- Does not necessarily have to be another SDSU student (although I am one)
