Looking for a room-mate for my 3 BR townhouse (actually it's 5 BRs but I have a gym in one and home office in the other).

I am fairly clean and organized -- no dishes left out -- but there are 2 books on the staircase (what a rebel!), and some of cushions and blankets on the sofa aren't always solidly put away. I have cleaning ladies come every other Friday for about 3 hours. They do my laundry, sheets, light cleaning and my laundry as well as vacuum all the common areas. I believe they will wash your sheets and make your bed but stop there.

At night, when I'm home, I generally watch TV (sports, trashy TV) and read. I have a big puzzle on the kitchen table.

I love dogs. My dog, Trouble, passed away and I'm thinking of getting a new one. IF you were here, I'd wait until the lease was over -- or otherwise ensure you were OK with it.

About me: I'm a 53 year old divorcee. I work from home ~2/week from my home office on 3rd floor. I am generally off on Fridays. I often work out from the home gym, bike to office, play soccer and crossfit. I am part of an active pickleball and margarita group and there is a pickleball courts (2 actually) on the premise.

I'm generally very casual. I'd certainly say 'hi' and generally ask a few questions and check in from time to time. But I'm also content to leave you alone if that's your style.
