I’m a male 31 working in the real estate/construction industry. Lived in this same building for over 5 years now and it is a great vibe. The current Roomate is moving away and looking to fill the room. The apartment is a huge 2bed 2 bath, with a tremendous living space, the bedroom is large, easily could fit a king size bed. With a bathroom in the hallway adjacent to the bedroom. The building has a gym included as well as a roof terrace, and a seasonal outdoor pool. About me I usually work long hours, and am out of the apartment frequently, but am also keen to do some home cooking and relax at home some evening
