I enjoy a clean, organized, and tidy environment where roommates are considerate of noise ( my ears are sensitive to noise ).

My routine changes a lot, but is typically wake up 4-5-6 am to workout, meditate, work on business. Then go do gigs that earn money. Work on business again. Use rest of day to work on gigs. Come back home around 9 pm, take shower, go to sleep. This is how it has been recently. But it changes depending of what stage I'm at. I plan to become a member of Capital Factory, so most of my work will be done there, I would barely be at home.

About: non-smoker, and would expect roommates to be same or just don't smoke inside. Clean, organize, tidy.

Looking for a place: closest to Capital Factory (downtown) as possible while staying on budget $600-$1000 (I'm not looking for a fancy place, just basically a place to sleep since I'll be out most of the time).
