Samuel C - $1,800/month

About me:
24 y/o male planning to begin law school in the fall of 2024. Current living situation ends in Feb and I am looking to move into a shared house/apt for at least a year (ideally until summer of 2024). I am a busy person and generally don't spend a ton of time at home, though I have the flexibility to work remotely once or twice a week. Outside of work I like to run, play tennis or take in culture via the music (Pavement fans, anybody?) museums or culinary experiences abound in this great city of ours. While I am occasionally outgoing I never bring the party home.

Preferences:
I would prefer the option to cook - dishwasher would be nice but is not wholly necessary. I will share baked goods. I'd like home to be somewhere quiet where I can do my own thing, but I'm a social person and will be open to doing activities with roommates, just not all the time. Would like to pay the same or less than what I pay now, which is 1600ish. Outdoor space (grill/garden) is the dream!
