The room is furnished it has a 40 inch smart TV on the wall. There is a couch as well as closet and dressors. There is one other person who stays in the apartment, but she is quiet and keeps to herself, doesn't bring people over etc. If you can add a social media link such as linked in or Facebook. I just ask for a deposit of $1,000 which you would get back when you leave. I'm looking for a year lease or at least 6 months. The building itself has a backyard that you can hang out in as well. Nearby is the 2,3,4 and 5 trains. Its next to prospect park, and Brooklyn museum as well. Supermarkets and various other stores are right around the corner, it's a real nice area to live in.
