Seeking 1-2 kind and considerate housemate(s) to share a large house space located right next to CSUSM! The spaces available are two large bedrooms with a shared bath. Shared spaces in the house include two massive living rooms, full kitchen/dining space, laundry room, private backyard, and two garages. The majority of members of this house are female, so we would prefer another female/nonbinary roommate. The house is located in a safe gated community and is within walking distance to CSUSM, along with several grocery and convenience stores. Close access to the 78 also makes for convenient commuting!
