I’m looking for respectful, responsible roommates to share a comfortable 3,045 sq ft home in the foothills of Sun Valley. The area feels serene and tucked away, surrounded by a more natural hillside atmosphere, while still being just minutes from Burbank. It’s a great balance of quiet living, access to nature, and convenience to nearby restaurants, shops, studios, and freeways.
There are private bedrooms available for $1,500 per month, each with a private bathroom. Each room is approximately 154 sq ft, with enough space for a bed, desk, dresser, and a comfortable personal setup.

The home has generous shared common areas, including two living rooms, a garage, a large backyard, and a beautiful kitchen that really feels like the center and heart of the home. The kitchen has plenty of storage and room to cook, gather, and comfortably share the space without feeling crowded. The layout is also great for entertaining, with multiple areas to relax, host, watch movies, or spend time together without feeling cramped.

One of the living rooms also has a projector and sound system, making it a perfect setup for movie nights or relaxing at home. There is also driveway parking and plenty of street parking, making it convenient if you have a car or occasional guests.

A little about me: I’m a designer and I work full time. I’m also a musician and music producer, so creativity is a big part of my life. I’m easygoing, respectful of personal space, and I value a home that feels peaceful, clean, and comfortable. I’m usually working, making music, or focused on projects.
I also have a Maine Coon cat, so this would be best for someone who is comfortable living with a cat. He is part of the home, so I’m looking for roommates who are kind and respectful toward animals.
