I'm a very peaceful and quite person. I like to have a lot of space, because I have multiple jobs and like to work on a lot of things from home. Im also in school, so I'm either mostly working at home or not at home in general. I do like to go out and have fun with friends so I come home at different hours of the day. Im a very clean and financially stable person so I do keep up my priorities. I would expect the same from my roommate.
