Hello! I am 32 years old newly single and moved back to the NYC area from Austin, Texas. I would love to live in one of the super luxe amenity buildings in Jersey City or Weehawken right at the tip of Hoboken in a 2bed/2bath with a roommate. I have found that one bedrooms are around $4,500 but 2bed/2baths are around $6k which, split between two people, is much more manageable. I will have my car. I don't drink or party and I'm totally fine if you do I just don't want the party to be at our place! I love watching shows and having coffee and overall I am just really chill and looking for a peaceful and clean environment. I work in Hudson Yards, love trying new workout classes (I have classpass) and going for long walks! Also a huge foodie. I have a 20 pound cavapoo who spends about half the time with my parents in the suburbs. She is super sweet and sleeps in until 11am. She does not shed and I'm pretty strict about her grooming appointments and baths so she's a clean dog. Everyone always tells me that she smells so good.
