hey! I'm Carly, a 25 yr old freelance seamstress from NYC/NJ- i need an awesome roommate in July!

I've been living in my 3 bedroom Bushwick apartment for 6 years- it's very fun, quirky and colorful. Transportation wise, only 6 minutes from the Myrtle Wyckoff M/L trains, minutes from a large grocery store and laundry, and a short walk to plenty of bars and restaurants.

the room has a closet,is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is completely set up.
10 x 12 ft, 2 windows, $900 a month with a separate entrance.

About me:

I'm very laid back, outgoing, and flexible. Definitely not a clean freak, a little mess doesn't bother me. i sew from home part of the time and i have two hilarious, cuddly cats, Jam and Skittle.
my other roommate,James- 23 year old 3D designer from philly, works "nomal" hours in midtown. also very chill and lovely

I'm cool with guests (i have people over too sometimes- nothing crazy though) and i would be totally down to hang out, if that's what you're looking for.
