I like horses but do not ride frequently. I like it when people who share the same living quarters are clean and courteous by cleaning up after themselves immediately in the common areas and don't leave things un-kept. It does not matter to me how you keep your private living quarters so - much - but when share a bathroom, kitchen and living room - respect is of utmost importance.

I enjoy a social drink now and them and while it is no so much friendship that I am looking for beyond cutting down costs - it would be nice to share a kindness ease in conversation with my apartment mates.

Love theater, film, television, arts, sports, good food, great conversation, outdoor and indoor sports. Looking forward to meeting you and learning something culturally new from you. I invite the new and interesting and try not to be judge. Everything is a learning process - so be patient with me as I develop and it will teach me to be patient with you too as we all live, learn and prosper.

I love to have fun - take it light - and enjoy life. While I like to have fun, it's no fun if people do not uphold their responsibilities. In all cases, work or play if each person in the equation holds up their end of the bargain - everyone is a winner. If you don't everyone loses - important potential friendships can be lost as well as the respect of others. Isn't more fun when people are responsible?
