Available Room for Rent

Large Bedroom available in Gorgeous Harlem 3-bedroom

Make a Home in Central Harlem

Make yourself home in a welcoming and comfortable room in a gorgeous three-bed apartment in Harlem. Join the one-year lease that starts November 1st and take over the large bedroom for $1,156.14.

In a fifth-floor walkup building, the fifth-floor apartment boasts 10-foot high ceilings, a brick wall, hardwood floors, bathroom with a tub, stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The front room is furnished with a dinning room table that can seat 6 people, a couch and a television with a streaming device. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared areas. There are two washing machines and two dryers in the basement.

The available room, the largest in the apartment, has two windows, a closet and is big enough to fit a queen or king-sized bed, television, desk and a wardrobe. The room is unfurnished.

The apartment is located on an energetic street in Central Harlem that is in walking distance to dozens of restaurants (pick up, take out or outside dinning), grocery stores, pharmacies, laundry, dry cleaners, park and a university. The nearest subways are the 2,3 and C,B stations.

You will be sharing the apartment with a male long-term resident that works in the food, wine and writing world. He is super relaxed and easy going and occupies the smaller bedroom in the back of the apartment.

Another new roommate will be joining the apartment as well for the new November 2020 lease. That middle size room is $1,056.14 which is also currently open.

The ideal roommate would be someone who is open-minded, responsible, considerate, clean, fun and and friendly.

The utlitizes are separate, but average about $80 each per month for Internet and electricity, lower in the wintertime ($55 plus or minus) and higher in the summer months ($95 plus or minus).

Would love to meet you and potentially add you to the lease and apartment. Tenants would be approved by the apartment management. There is a $25 application fee for credit check and processing. The deposit is $1,156.14. The first month’s rent is paid via an online portal after the 1st of November.

If this sounds like a great fit for you, please get in touch with us to schedule a apartment preview. Please be sure to tell us a little bit about yourself.

We’re hoping to bring in the ideal new tenants as soon as possible to allow time for the application to process and the lease to be prepped and signed.

Viewings are being held by appointment.
