My best friend and roommate of many years in moving in with his boyfriend when our lease is up end of September. In this insane market, they didn’t raise our rent too much so I’d like to keep living here since it’s the perfect commute for me. Looking for a responsible, clean and respectful roommate to join me on the lease. I work full time in hospitality and I’m very social so I’m not home much. Always out and about having fun with my friends in brickell and going to the beach. My roommate works from home and we barely see each other some days with our lives being so busy.
